Conveniently located, clean, spacious. I appreciate having freshly cooked food for my meals on site. It’s the service really-everyone from the front desk staff to the cook and servers, and the housekeepers were efficient, knowledgeable, cheerful and courteous. This service has been consistent through several stays. I have stayed at several different facilities in the Hilton chain, in different cities.

I like the convenience of the location and the onsite restaurant, the perfect comfort of the bed, and most of all, the kind and efficient service of the staff. I especially want to commend Jose for his gracious and kind welcome. 🙏🏼

It was very close to all of the food places and also our shuttle destination for the ducks game.

Location was good. It was confusing as to what was included in the room rate and what was an extra cost.

Easy check in and check out. It was quiet and clean. This visit worked well because my husband and I were in Springfield to receive an intensive cancer treatment for him. This treatment was from 6:30 am to 11:00 am. The check out time for the Hilton was very convenient. It allowed us to return to the room, pack our items and leave without rushing. That was very helpful for us on this trip.
